A passion for the drinking traditions of Hungary, the Pelle family established themselves in grappa and eau de vie production. Turning their eyes and their palates to wine, they snapped up 3.5 hectares in Tokaji and haven't looked back.
Producing both mono varietals and entry-level blends, they've focused on precision and balance. Creating incredibly pure expressions, the wood isn't allowed to interrupt the wine, but instead compliments the unusually difficult Hárslevelü grape. With spontaneous fermentation and vineyard management by hand, attention to detail is the standard here, and it pays off.
