Although we may list Jerome under his other pseudonym, Eliane Delalot, his more recent growth in wine has found him forming a new concept. Where as with Eliane Delalot he has tried to from a concept more traditional with the ideology of the classic Maison de Champagne, this is an expression of vintage and also of vintage. Each wine and release is different, in the way it finds its form through the ease or hardship of the year. The wine evolves as the process progresses.
